PositiveMy sister-in-law really was happy there and loved the nurses. We loved the room she was in. But her health was declining, and she needed more around the clock care so we had to move her to skilled nursing home.

PositiveOverall, the place is great. It's small but quaint and tight knit. The staff have been great. My father-in-law is really happy there. We found out that as a private facility, they are able to take a percentage of TennCare patients so we feel good about him being able to remain there after his nest egg is depleted, as long as we can get him qualified. The only downside we've experienced is that there is no transportation available so we are having to arrange lots of rides for him to get to doctor appointments and ch…

PositiveAlthough my mother has only been at Providence Place a short time, we have enjoyed a great experience. The staff makes it stand out from bottom to top. The most caring people that have made my mother feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. My mother is very content with the facility, food, and caregivers. I would recommend Providence Place 10 out of 10 with our experience.
