Rittenhouse Village Pittsford

Very clean. Residents were cheerful and interacted with the staff. Large bedrooms. The facility is nestled away in a private area. I would love to have my father there but, his doctor feels he needs more enhanced help

Beautiful facility in a nice suburban neighborhood. Every staff member that i encountered was very friendly and appeared to enjoy their workplace and coworkers. The price was a little higher than other facilities in Rochester.

5 stars overall. Room is a good size, it definitely feels clean overall and the staff has been great. Our dad likes it there and says he doesn't want to leave! Which is good since sometimes we've taken him places and he isn't comfortable there, so that's a good sign...

My family review

Had 2 issues of aunt being sent to emergency but not notified until next day or 2 days later. She broke her arm but no one know how it was done and when was aware didn't seek medical care till 2 days later. Main area very clean but once when I was there I had to clean up her bathroom. They could not get my aunt to participate. I had to bring puzzle and cards for when I was there. Only thing I saw was exercise classes. Many times she was left sitting at a table with no one around. Brookdale was good. the facility has a new management company now called Discovery. so far so good. Department managers are dedicated to the residents. chef is very good. the rooms are nice and the entire place has a warm relaxing vibe. parking for visitors is scarce

It is very important to be able to personally bring your loved one at the right time of day and at the right energy level so an accurate assessment can take place! The director is very knowledgeable and location beautiful!
