★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was superb and professional for our tour. The facility is the nicest one we’ve seen and feels like a high end resort. I think living near MSU would be especially nice due to the liveliness of the area.

Critical1) environment is very nice, the decor etc. wide hallways, granite countertops.. 2) staff is very kind and helpful - they are not perfect, and sometimes they are short staffed. The staff knows everybody's name, what they eat etc. 3) lots of activities each day 4) daily happy hour at the bar - well attended My Mom doesn't have any real medical issues, so if that is the case where more medical type attention is needed, it may not be right for them. We don't have any place to compare it to, as this is her only ex…

PositiveGood size room and close. The staff was very nice and supportive. Several activities and games and also a prayer chapel. Beauty Salon and outdoor patio.. Food was average.

Observation of the other staff members showed them to be pleasant, interactive, and interested in providing an excellent resident experienc…

When relative moved in food was very good, but as management changed (often) records were lost, policies changed and communication with outside family members was negligible. Caregivers were (mostly) excellent and caring, but stretched thin. Finally removed the family member to an alternate location that was smaller and better managed. Recommend doing research by getting copies of policies and more before signing up - don’t rely on the …
