PositiveWe really enjoy living at the Regency. The office manager, and staff are wonderful and caring. They have activities and they're well attended. The maintenance staff is very prompt with any apartment issues. We love the size of our apartment and love the area of Ellicott City. We are able to cook in our apartment, but we appreciate when there is food served in our Great Room area for special occasions.

PositiveStaff is always very courteous and helpful. Every time I see others from the apartment they are always have happy greetings. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher are so convenient. There is even front door garbage pickup if needed. I have a one bedroom just for myself and that works out fine.

PositiveI'm going on my fourth year living at Regency Crest Apartments. Unfortunately, I lost my only sister in 2021 & her daughter, my niece, in 2023. I became very depressed, and I rarely left my apartment. Just this past year, I became involved in many of the resident activities which have been very enjoyable, meeting and becoming friends with other residents. I especially like scrabble on Tuesdays, also Po-ke-no. I highly recommend Regency Crest.

Positive[name removed] The amenities are inclusive on the complex, always in good working condition and ready for use. The director and Assistant Director respond to our needs and requests promptly. When our adult daughters, they are totally satisfied and impressed with our living situation. We are very happy here.
