We have been really happy with the experience overall. The staff have primarily been wonderful. There is some lack of communication between the regular staff and the weekend staff, and there are times we've felt they needed to be more insistent about [name removed], but overall, we are very happy.

Regent Court smelled decent, we toured a lot of places that smelled like urine. Regent Court administration staff is fantastic, easy to work with. The assessment was done by the director and a nurse. The second reason we chose Regent Court was because of their activity list. They had a much more thorough activity list than any of the other places we toured. My loved one only had a brief stay here at the Regent Court. The environment was very clean and the staff did the best that they could to care for my loved one. I felt that they did not have enough staff to help my loved one be more comfortable. The food was good but the portions were too small. They do offer activities for the residents to participate in. The community is well-kept and the landscape is nice.
