★★★★★
PositiveWe have been really happy with the experience overall. The staff have primarily been wonderful. There is some lack of communication between the regular staff and the weekend staff, and there are times we've felt they needed to be more insistent about [name removed], but overall, we are very happy.
★★★★★
PositiveVery supportive staff, staff know family members by name. I had to work through some legal things with my mom and the Director made sure a staff member was with my mom and reported back the situation with me.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat they could improve on would be the communication within the company. We tell someone like the manager or the nurse of appt times or [name removed] art needing hung and they never tell the appropriate people to set it up.

PositiveRegent Court smelled decent, we toured a lot of places that smelled like urine. Regent Court administration staff is fantastic, easy to work with. The assessment was done by the director and a nurse. The second reason we chose Regent Court was because of their activity list. They had a much more thorough activity list than any of the other places we toured. They also have the option to take a bus or a van out on little excursions, they take their residence out to parks or little events and that was one of [name rem…

PositiveHappy with our choice. They truly care for dad as if he was their dad or grandpa.

CriticalMy loved one only had a brief stay here at the Regent Court. The environment was very clean and the staff did the best that they could to care for my loved one. I felt that they did not have enough staff to help my loved one be more comfortable. The food was good but the portions were too small. They do offer activities for the residents to participate in. The community is well-kept and the landscape is nice.
Response from the communityThank you for your review! It sounds like we have a few things to work on--which we will. We are always looking to hire and retain the best care team. Sometimes we may be in transition with onboarding new team members, which can appear to make the team a little stretched. We are working diligently to rectify the situation. Thank you so much for your time and attention and please don't hesitate to call if you need anything further!
