Stay Away

Visited a friend here. Very depressing and suboptimal. The facility bills itself as dog friendly, but recently outlawed dogs in the common areas. They also stopped residents from eating, drinking, or playing most games in the common areas. Clearly, no concern for residents or their wellbeing. Between this facility and a homeless shelter, I’d take the shelter.

My mother was denied the right to receive phone calls because the poa asked for a passcode to be used to screen her calls. The poa did not have her best interest in mind. The "man in charge" failed to take care of this properly and promptly after multiple attempts. This continued to be an issue for 4 months. A family should never have to endure this kind of pain and frustration from what's supposed to be a home that trust is instilled upon. Shame on you Richfield! Beautiful and peaceful community

Some activities they had were day trips, they would go out for breakfast or lunch. There is a calendar that has daily activities on it. You can order food at this community, but you can also make your own food. They have two different sizes for the one bedroom, they also have two bedroom apartments, cottages and studios This community is very beautiful, there is a garden, three lakes, walking trails and swings.

This property just my be the match for my parents. Because residents only pay for the amenities they want, this property is more affordable for the long term. I was able to tour this property on Friday, April 27, 2018. The tour guide was wonderful and has been employed by this company for 20 some odd years. Many of the employees have been employed there for a long time. I hope to take my parents to see this property.

My mother's care

The care is outstanding for my mom and she is happy here. She just moved into the community. She is happy with the variety of the meals. We like the care from the staff who are very nice and helpful to her needs. We would recommend this community to other families. The is an outstanding value for great care.
