Although my mom was only at Ridgeway about a month and a half the staff there was great. They did everything they could do to keep my mom comfortable.

Caregivers, set your mind at ease

The staff is wonderful. [names removed], all great people, communicative, reasonable and available. The food, it seems, depends on the day. I have seen them accommodate a special request for [name removed], which was cool (chorizo and eggs). The facility is as clean as can be expected given what they have to deal with. Rooms are an ok size. [name removed], requested to be moved once which they did. I think it was due to someone else in the room having incontinence issues but I'm not sure on that.

I went to visit an individual that I helped take care of prior to them becoming a patient at this facility. They rooms and facility are dirty and in need of maintenance. The dressers and furniture provided needs to be donated to a homeless shelter. Especially for the amount of money a person is spending to stay there, things should be a little nicer. The place smells like pee and is unkept. These are just a few of the discussing things I saw. The staff, always seemed nice to your face, but they really didn't care.

Terrible

If I could give them negative stars i would. My father was there for a short period of time. Its nasty living conditions. They are beyond short staffed! My father was burned on his face and neck. They didnt NOT take him to get medical attention, they did not contact me (his legal guardian). I found out a few days later when I went to pick my father up to move him out of there. I had to take him to the ER where he stayed a few days because they didnt get him the medical attention he needed for his burns!

The improvements are clear the moment you step inside—the environment is clean, peaceful, and feels more like a home than a facility. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and treat the residents with a level of care and respect that stands out. Wonderful Place To Call Home

They took incredible care of my Uncle [name removed]. I am forever grateful to this place for being there for Uncle [name removed] R.I.P. I will share some photos when I get a ride there God Bless. Thanks for everything you do
