Located in the city of Redding, which is situated in Northern California, just south of Lake Shasta, nestled between the Cascades and the Trinity Alps. With its natural beauty, abundance of recreational opportunities, and excellent quality of life, Redding successfully combines the ambiance of a small town with the amenities of a large city. The city has two regional hospitals with state of the art treatment community. River Commons Senior Living is truly luxury living for the active retired. Our community has one hundred private apartments contained in a three story complex with secure interior hallways and attractively furnished common areas. In addition to their own private apartment, residents are welcome to use the common areas of River Commons Senior Living as they would their own home.

This was a very good experience for the family and our loved one. The staff were very caring, and had great patience towards the residents needs. [name removed] was very good with our loved one, and was able to handled any issues our loved one encountered. The food was good for our loved one as well. There are three meals a day served to the resident here.

PositiveFinding a new home
I would tell others to not hesitate in placing a senior family member or friend here. They are very friendly, very well organized, and very well staffed. They go out of their way to try to make accommodations for anything you might need. The apartments are very well maintained. My loved one's apartment was in excellent condition when she moved in, with fresh paint and clean carpeting. Any little things we've asked to be done were done right away. I have no complaints about the apartment.

They've been great. The staff is amazing and goes way out of their way to help everybody. The food is really good. It tastes good, and they have a good variety with plenty of choices, which is nice. They offer all kinds of activities. My loved one loves the other residents. I just think it was the perfect fit for her.
