The staff is helpful, pleasant and attentive. Her 2 bedroom apartment is lovely and spacious and bright. The staff is attentive and helpful and caring. The only area we think could use improvement is the restaurant/food. The food is ok. Not bad. I want to also add - [name removed], Community Relations Director, is a wonderful caring person and was a huge help in a difficult situation.

I am so pleased with the absolute warm welcome my parents have received from staff across all areas. Residents have also shown friendliness to them and also to my sister and I who visit frequently. My parents have commented often how much they like the food and there are plenty of activities that capture their interest. It is a relief to know that the medical staff is looking out for them with medication management and keeping us informed of medical updates.
