★★★★★
PositiveIt doesn't smell. They give her door decorations and we would recommend Rosefield Court community to other families.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is warm and welcoming. We visited my aunt and uncle who live there. Their apartment was neat and comfortable. Their staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed with their service and the welcoming environment. Great job!
★★★★★
PositiveThey are a wonderful community of people. The staff will do everything they can for families, in a caring way. I would recommend to others. It's a great place and another asset is if you would like your loved one close by you for families in the mid county or Port Arthur surrounding area.
★★★★★
Positive5 on all accounts! Amazing facility!! Incredible staff!! The thing I love most is that the staff is exceptional from the top office managers, to the aides who care for my mom, to the lunch personnel. All are top notch, which of course makes our family rest easy knowing mom is being care for with respect and compassion. Yes I highly recommend Rosefield Court to anyone!
★★★★★
PositiveGreat clean big place with caring staff and friendly patients . [name removed] is a trusting intelligent kind director with activities and games daily.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff were caring and kind. The food was good and they delivered my husband's meals as he was in his bed all day. They also checked to see if he needed anything special to eat. There were plenty of activities going on, but he was unable to participate. The social director came in several times to ask if she could get him anything like games or cards, etc. A very caring community of people, both staff and residents.
