The care was subpar, my mother-in-law's medications were jerked with and they told us she had to leave the facility 2 days before Christmas. I know it's easy to think the fault may be with her or us, but the next facility she went to took incredible care of her, loved her and she displayed much more peace when in that facility. My mom love it a lot , I have already told several people. All is going great so far. As long as everything goes good, I will always praise that place. They've done amazing work.

Rosewood Assisted Living and Memory Care experience

The staff is very helpful and caring. The facilities may not be as pristine as some of the newer facilities, but the care is very good. The turnover rate appears to be very low. We have experience with 5 different facilities and this is one of the best.

Pros and cons

We were mostly satisfied with the Assisted Living part. We were not happy with the Memory Care. Manager and sales manager are excellent. The lead nurse has left so not sure how that's going. The response time to residents definitely needed to be improved. Supervision was lacking in memory care. The activity director was very good.

What we really like about the Rosewood Assisted Living community is the Catholic Services that are offered. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Peace of Mind

I moved my mom to Rosewood over a year ago and I couldn't be happier. The staff as been so warm, welcoming, and compassionate. Everyone is so attentive to my mom and other residents. I know she is happy which gives me peace of mind.
