I thought the studio apartment was nicer and larger than some that I saw at other facilities The staff has been so great and kind to my aunt during all the transition and the many things we needed help with even coming up and hanging the pictures that I brought from her home and getting her all set up on the Internet and helping to work through some bugs that happened along the way. My aunt says the food is yummy and since she's a vegetarian, they've been very accommodating for her. She's very happy, which makes…

CriticalRoom for Improvement
Location is convenient for family to be there every day. However, recent charge of [fee removed] per month for room trash removal is not appreciated when cleaning is included in rent. Following family instructions are not followed. Instructions and following protocol for Having resident ready for pick up for appointments, etc is nonexistent. Laundry often missing. Wait time for assistance can be from 1 hour to no show.

Positive"Overall a nice community
Generally things are going well. The piece of mind I have is tremendous. They could use a full time driver to take residents to appointments and a wider variety of activities. It is expensive but not as much as other facilities we toured. My mom does not need any assistance currently, but when she does, it will be costly. It was not an easy transition for her, but they were very supportive and caring. It's also a beautiful facility.

I moved my 83 year old mother to Sate Mountain two months ago. She and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The facility is beautiful, the staff care, and my Mom feels safe and lucky to be there. I am so relieved and pleasantly impressed so far.
