Sandia Vista Senior Living

My daughter and I viewed the rooms and they were all great. Although some were more spacious than others. But that is expected. Met some of the residents. Very friendly. The menu was super. Didn't forget to mention person who showed us around.. Was she a delight. She made us feel like she knew us from way back when. She is adorable,very knowledgeable very friendly and very professional. I just loved her.

Best in area at reasonable price

I recently moved, largely because I prefer more vegan and fresh food. For independent living, it is great. If one needs more help it is lacking but then maybe you should be elsewhere.

I guess the biggest thing was the pet issue. [community removed] let's her have her dog and does not charge extra for pets. It was also more in her price range. The facility seemed nice but [community removed] just seemed warmer and friendlier.

The facility was fine. The residents seemed happy. [Name Removed] just seemed friendlier, the prices were better and my mom could have her dog which was extremely important. They don't charge extra for her pet, very important to her

Very nice place. Poor location. It has easy access to freeways. The campus is very well kept. The facilities are well maintained.

For an independent senior, especially one who is interested in a warm, homey, artistically conscious environment, this retirement home would be an excellent choice. A friend and I came here to tour, had a yummy lunch (we were told the chef had previously been at the Ritz-Carlton), and were impressed by the relaxed setting and apparent happiness and sociability of the residents we saw in the dining and living areas.
