Overall it is too big of a complex. There were times that they forgot to empty trash or make the bed. There were pills that dad was taking and we didn't know why. The in house doctor was very hard to get with.

We were handled very well, so from that standpoint they did great. The facility food and everything seem very good. However, the biggest downside was that we were not advised about all the extra charges there would be. I was helping a friend get in and he's there but gets charged for anything extra for instance if they bring a meal to his room, they charge five dollars. That mounts up over time. I paid [Amount removed] for ten days of service and they are trying to charge even more. The nursing staff couldn’t even detect that I was ill but when I transferred facilities, they still charged another month’s rent and drug care saying they could take care of me even though I needed more care.
