Whether it be embracing the beautiful flowers at Screiner’s Iris Gardens or enjoying the views at Riverfront Park, there are endless opportunities for residents and their families to enjoy all that Salem has to offer. Community Amenities and Services Residents can always enjoy the comfort of amenities and services offered on campus, with transportation services provided for off-site outings as well. At Sapphire at Applewood, we provide a host of social activities and services for residents to enjoy, like our beauty salon and spa. We also have a well-stocked library, recreational rooms, card and puzzle rooms, and living rooms complete with big screen televisions. One of the hallmarks of our community is our restaurant-style dining. Residents and their families can always enjoy three, chef-prepared meals made daily. Our dining room is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal and congregate with friends. All of our residents have different needs, and we understand that. We provide residents with emergency call systems and offer medical appointment scheduling when needed. Living Arrangements Prospective residents can enjoy studio and one-bedroom units. All of our units are spacious and include a kitchenette, private bathroom, climate control, and wall-to-wall carpeting. We’re also pet-friendly and welcome residents to bring their furry or feathered friends to join us here at Sapphire at Applewood.
