Sapphire is permanently closed now. About a year ago, [name removed] moved out and his apartment there was immaculate and spotless. They would never respond to our requests and didn't refund [name removed]s $[removed] deposit.

All around great place

The staff gave off a great first impression they have been so warm and caring to our loved one and family. The dining experience from what we can see looks great and our loved one says the food is good. For the value its great because he gets a lot for the money and based on our experience we would recommend Applewood Retirement them to other families.

The meals and dining service is great here, I am eating healthier then every before - they are very good about serving us healthy well balanced nutritious meals. I would definitely recommend this community to other families who are looking for a community for themselves or their loved ones

You get what you pay for.

The touring and move-in process was absolutely excellent. They got me in same day when I was in a bind. If you need a place fast, they were great. But if you want something that's more long-term and cleaner, I would pay extra and go somewhere else. This was the cheapest place I could find, but you get what you pay for. The food is not that great, and they don't have many options for those with dietary restrictions. But the staff are all really nice there.
