About the community
Nestled in the Willamette Valley — just a few miles from McDonald-Dunn Forest — is Holiday The Regent, a Holiday by Atria Retirement community. This picturesque community provides residents with a wide range of convenient services and amenities, including chef-inspired meals, stimulating activities, and various studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment options. Sunshine floods the cozy common areas. Residents can enjoy the tree-top view from the restaurant-style dining room or roam the walking paths with their pup. Holiday Holiday The Regent is located near Samaritan Health Services, many parks and natural areas, and the Trysting Tree Golf Club. Associates on-site strive to help all residents live the best life possible. Additional, custom-tailored health and personal care options are available through a third-party provider for an added fee. On-site staff can also provide 24-hour emergency response services. To help reduce waste, save on postage, and avoid the risk of delays and late fees, Holiday residents can make secure online payments automatically each month. The Office Manager at the community of your choice can help you sign up upon move-in. Related Links: Assisted Living vs. Independent Living: What’s the Difference? ★★★★★
PositiveEveryone was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this community to others who are searching for one.
★★★★★
PositiveFood is good, very clean, very kind employees, great location and price. I would recommend to others.
★★★★★
CriticalThe upgrade to the building made it feel industrial. I objected to music piped into the halls, as if I was in a department store. No stove in rooms; I would miss that convenience. I visited during the Christmas holidays and regret that few residents were present for me to get a sense of the community. Did not have extensive paths for walkers. I met only the weekend marketing person who was gracious and informative.
★★★★★
PositiveI would give score of 5 for all of the questions based on our observations and feedback from my mother in law. Yes, I would recommend Holiday Regent community to other families based on the experience so far.
★★★★★
