Critical

Poor patient care. Dirty.

This facility is dirty and the patient care is lacking. My mom lived here for several years and has deteriorated from it. They don’t do bathing on a regular schedule and don’t clean in her room at all. There are bugs everywhere. The place used to be nice but new management has destroyed it. I got her out and would never put a loved one here again.

Avoid at all costs!!

My mother moved into this facility on [date removed] and sadly passed away on [date removed]. She was there for just 15 days! I found a voice recording she had accidentally taken on her phone, her breathing was so loud, raspy, and wheezy that she should have been immediately transported to the hospital. My brother was informed of our mother’s death via a voicemail! A voicemail! They have absolutely no proper procedures in place to deal with the death of one of their residents. I find that unbelievable! I was left…
