At this time, I cannot recommend this facility any longer. High staff turnover, communication is not good. Residents complain about food. Expressed concerns are explained away with excuses or ignored. No improvement in sight. Not worth the price.

There have been significant changes in the management governing this facility. A year ago I would have highly recommended this facility, but I can no longer do that. I regret my decision. The facility is only as good as its leadership and poor management affects the morale of staff and residents. PositiveI Trust This Community With My Daddy
The community found my loved one a dog to adopt, to help engage my loved one into the community. Seasons Place has been checking on my loved one due to an ailment currently every 30 minutes. The community is even taking my loved one's dog out and caring for the dog on their behalf. This community is one that I trust. This says a whole lot. They are pricey, but they are good.

The care giving staff was always cleaning, even though that wasn't technically their job. The staff was great. The management would go around and visit the residents at random. Generally, the care was good, although towards the end of my mother's care they seemed a little overwhelmed. It seemed like the more acute care was difficult for them. The food was good; general cafeteria food. The activities could have been a little better, but overall they were ok.

I had to choose this community because it was either here or somewhere 45 minutes away. What I really like is that they went above and beyond to get my Aunt in here within the week. She absolutely loves this community. The staff treats her wonderfully and they keep the best level of communication with her. Anytime she needs something all she has to do is open her door and look down the hall. There is always someone there to help her.
