PositiveThe Havens is a very nice clean facility. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given a lot of information about how everything works and every question was answered. I even emailed other questions that were quickly responded to. The director is kind, understanding and very knowledgeable also quick to respond to emails. It was a really great tour!

PositiveMy dad is connected once again
We moved my father into an apartment at The Havens a little over a months ago. The transition, for him, was a little bumpy but the facility personnel and other residents quickly took him in and made him part of the community. The Havens offers lots of social connections and activities and he is taking advantage of everything. Earlier this year my Dad was sitting alone in his empty house but in now active at The Havens. A bonus is the peace of mind my family has knowing Dad is safe, warm and cared for 24/7.

Our father lived there for over 2 years, The management and staff were attentive, polite and respectful. The facility is attractive and inviting, his studio had a nice view and he was happy there. There are plenty of activities to choose from throughout the day. We highly recommend The Havens!

I have been a visitor at The Havens several times with a choral group or a country retired educator group, or as a visitor with some of the residents. Regardless of the season day. I have always been met with the utmost respect, kindness, professional. The list goes on and on. Matter of fact I hope to one day become a resident if I ever need to live in such a facility.
