Spotless and fresh smelling

This is an update facility that caters to mostly Hispanic patients. The food is tasty. The bedrooms are quite nice. The common rooms are bright and cheery with a great outdoor space. The staff is very caring. The front office staff speaks English, but the staff with the patients do not speak very much English, which can cause communication issues. I was very happy with the care my mother received.

Everything is essentially all inclusive, even the toiletries, which is a great help on the family. So far so good. [name removed] and her staff have been really helpful. They helped answer any questions I had and made the process easy. My mom is new to the facility and so far her adjustment has been great. The facility is always clean every time I visit and it always smells good. All of the residents seem to be well taken care of.

Our family had a virtual tour set up, and when it came time for our appointment no one showed up. We called the front desk at the community and when we got ahold of the lady she was extremely rude. The owner called us back letting us know they don't do virtual tours and have no idea how we got the appointment. They were just very rude during a stressful time, and it gave us red flags.

opened in 2018 but is still about half of capacity (about 40 out of 90) Still Very new looking, clean and secure. All smells were good. Memory care is upstairs and much more appealing than the downstairs assisted living because that's at capacity ( a sea of walkers and wheelchairs). Staff ratio is 10/1, patients checked on every 2 hours or so. If ambulatory, must get out of bed. Nice outdfoor patio. Tour guide [name removed] was excellent.
