This community is very friendly. We have game exercise room can have better access equipment for us seniors. I love it.

I enjoy the community. I participate in some activities. Everyone is nice. Overall, I get along with everyone.

Positive experience, would give a recommendation

It would be helpful for others to know that they have adequate handicap parking for residents, but not so much for others. There is limited parking for the guests. It is a locked facility so you have to have a key or call up to get in. Maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. There is finally a new property manger that is on site who is friendly as well. I would recommend them to others looking.

not happy with experience

It is sad to say that no one never answer the phone nor is no one ever in the office. How can someone voice concerns if no one is available. I tried leaving voice message and the voicemail is full. Its obvious someone isn't working. I saw a review from 2017 with the same concern and 5 years later the same behavior. Please provide a callback number. As Google have given me a non working number as well.

The building was set further behind Autumn Green at Midway. It seemed gloomy and close to a railway. The unit was nice but too small for my needs.

I trust my mom in this place

We chose Senior Suites because of the location, the friendliness of the staff members, and the sizes of the apartment. The apartments are very nice, the choices of apartments are with shower or with a bath. They have a meeting room in the hallway of each section so you can entertain out there with friends and family. The outdoor area is very secure and safe. I would absolutely recommend.
