PositiveThe staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness - you can tell that they try to clean but the building is outdated and the hall carpets are old. Food - they have parties from time to time, but they do not serve food.

PositiveI am enjoying my stay here in Belmont Cragin. The staff is great and also most of the residents are nice. We do have a problem with some vandalism with equipment. This is here for our use. When this happens everyone life is upset because of someone ignorance. We need cameras in the hallway.

PositiveIt's not just community of the elderly. It's a friendly group that help each other. The staff goes above and beyond. It's a save place where we have activities and help when needed. We often celebrate the holidays together as well as cookout and lunch.

PositiveThe rent goes up a bit yearly when you sign lease hoping I can resign in May when it's up if raise isn't too much now that I'm on disability. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families, I have been here about 3 yrs all good
