My dad really loves [removed name]. He's been very helpful in his transition, both on a "new to the building," but on a personal level. He also likes the unit and feels as though it's enough space for him. He's been able to make friends easily and has organized a bi-monthly card game. A place for our mom

We got our mom a place at senior suites of south shore. The staff was friendly and informative while giving us a tour. They also were very flexible with the move in date. We helped our mother move in and again the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also were able to provide our mother with a covered parking spot in the parking lot since she does drive. I had a positive experience from start to finish here.

Overall pleased

We chose Senior Suites of South Shore because they were readily available, the location was good and the price was one of the best in the area. Although all of the people there have been great, they do not return phone calls which is frustrating. I usually have to go in to get an answer.

Administrative Assistant

She's profession, polite, helpful, listens to me very well does exactly what's asked of her. She on time and has a great personality to deal with me an my neighbors. If it's something she doesn't know she gets help and come back with an answer. I want/hope she stays long here.

Adminator Assistance

[name removed] has a excellent personality; professional made me feel very comfortable with the showery of the apartment and very knowledgeable on her responsibilities.

The counselor was very pleasant, these transition aren't always easy, so I give her a 100% for describing the cozy clean and welcoming environment and for making the application process less intimidating.
