Great experience

My mother has lived at Serenity Care Kingston for the last few months and we are extremely happy with the care she receives. It is a beautiful facility with plenty of activities for your loved ones to enjoy. The food is very good and the staff are very kind and caring. A great place for loved ones

I believe the decision to go to Serenity was the best for both my dad and us. He can still remain as independent as possible while still in a structured environment which gives him that extra push to be as active and involved as possible. We, on the other hand, realized that we would not be able to provide this for him if he still was in our home due to our own health limitations.

Staff having a great attitude

They all seem to really care for and enjoy the residents. I don't know if I've ever any of the staff in a bad mood or disgruntled. They always welcoming when I'm there. I would recommend the memory care part of this facility.

Choose Serenity - for home away from home care.

Very happy with our experience with Serenity. The first time I met the administrator [name removed] it just clicked. She is truly an asset to this facility. And the same goes to the other staff members- you can feel it the minute you enter the door! We are very happy with our choice!!
