Wonderful staff and great activities!

I've had an amazing experience with Shadow Mountain Memory Care in Phoenix! The staff is incredibly compassionate and caring, and they truly go above and beyond for the residents. The activities program is outstanding – they offer live entertainment almost every day, keeping everyone engaged and active. Plus, the fun bus outings are a wonderful addition to the daily routine. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention at Shadow Mountain!

Your choice should not be Shadow Mountain

We are looking to move our loved one. For what is being paid it is not worth it. We have had some bad experiences. Before we signed the agreement everyone was very nice. Once my loved one moved in everything changed. I would recommend to go somewhere else.

Spectacular Care

We moved my father from another memory care facility to Shadow Mountain this past spring. The staff and facilities are the best I have ever encountered!! The director cares for each resident as though they are his family. Caregivers are kind and attentive, covering every detail. Each time I visited, my father was well dressed, clean and shaven.
