The staff are uncaring and facility is unclean and outdated

My brother was there for years. Although the place was old and dreary looking his room was not terrible. The staff was unresponsive to his basic needs like showers and medical appointments. My biggest concern was the nursing staff who couldn’t keep up with his records or meds. The director of Assisted Living, [name removed], was more concerned with pleasing her “I’ll work when I feel like it staff” than with the residents. If you can’t go check on your love one don’t send them there.

Horrible

There the worst my daughter now 28 sit there no activities no therapy no nothing I can't even take her for overnights due to a 30 day whatever 365 days in a year I get 30 days she's still young full a life and a full recovery but not if I keep her there or anywhere it's a shame that people take a job a really don't care for the people I can go on with this horrible experience but tears are starting to drop out my eyes not only for mines but for the rest of the people that don't have anyone to speak for them no one …

My mom died here

From the start we wanted to move her just from the smell alone, With us but she was mentally ill and long story short she refused. By no means was my mother's death a complete shock she was inconsistent with her dialysis amongst other things. But when a resident complains of breathing trouble. In no way should you leave the resident and just place her beside a fan. Once they finally found my mother dead. Staff and maybe residents paraded around her room looking for valuables moving her furniture around and stealing…

The staff is the worst people I ever saw The patients walk/roll Around like zombies. Please don't come all about the money not the peopleor care no one gets dressed it's about getting there hair and Nails done Patients come in but they don't come out. The nurses have attitudes. Patient go in but they don't come out

Two words ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE .when I went for the tour the head nurse pass me off to someone else, that was a sign, I should have left right then. Upper management will never call you back, or accept, the new social worker. Short-staffed, most of the caregivers don't care about the patients. A ghost town on weekends or holidays. Food is bad, will not assist at meal time, the furniture looks like something you would put out on the curb. This place should not be in business. They're just taking the elderly people's …

This not an optimal place for you or a loved one.

Take it from a prior resident this place is not a good place for you or your loved one. The food is horrendous, and often didn't include the basics of good nutrition. The staff at best was lackadaisical at best, and at the worst rude or nonexistent. There is only one very small elevator to transport three floors of assisted living residents to the dining hall.
