Everyone we have interacted with have been very kind and helpful. The building is clean and they have good food. She never complains about the food. They provide a lot of activities however we have not convinced her to partake in many. She likes staying in her room.

Bugs

This place has a serious manifestation. Ants and bugs all over crawling on the floors and walls. This is absolutely disgusting! During meals the food is cold and filled with bugs most of the time.

I just want to start by saying, the few bad reviews, blow my mind. We moved my loved one a few months ago, we had the best experience. [name removed] and the Assistant, [name removed]. Were there every step of the way. Supportive, and answered every question my family had within seconds. Professional to add. There’s so much involvement in the community, as far as activities, which has helped my loved one get out and mingle. The Boss

Shawano Place is not a good place. Drunk guy in the building and I heard it was the bosses boyfriend! He was staggering around the building making a rukus. That boss needs to be fired. She’s not good at all. We go to the administrative assistant for all of problems!! [name removed] is the best!!! We love her. She had her daughter there the other day. Amazing Place!

I recently moved my father to Shawano Place. The Administrator did an amazing job with getting the admission process completed fast, after my family and I made a last minute decision. She went above and beyond, what we expected. My father has been there for a month now, and loves the place. Thanks Shawano Place.
