Basic care needs are met as promised however personal interaction is little or none. Most employees seem to not really care about the residents - just there to do their job and nothing more. Very minimal to No activities provided.

Night staff is absolutely awful!! Hid call button so my grandma couldn’t get to it and when we tied it to her bed, they never came when she pushed it. Complaining to management does absolutely nothing. Day staff I guess is a little better but not much. Not all but most are rude, just sitting on the couch on their phones. And they do this with family there..can’t imagine what they’re like when no one’s watching. In my opinion management/owner way worse because you still take our money (a lot of money) and allow this…

I went to visit my friend in the rehab to home at the lodge. I was blown away with the spacious facility. The rooms were clean, nursing staff were so attentive, caring, and professional. I have never seen or talked to such caring medical professionals. On to the therapy, all I can saw is 100% best rehab to home gym I have ever seen. The therapy staff are the most caring for their patients I have ever seen. I met with the Therapy Director, [name removed]. He runs the therapy in both buildings at Sherbrooke Village.…

I wouldn't recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one fell and it was not handled well by the care staff and management. The doctor told the staff to do it one way and I believe the nurses should have suggested another way to assist my loved one's care. The staff were good to work with if I had questions or concerns up until the accident.

I was a patient at this facility following several surgeries. It was a well decorated facility, and the rooms were very nice and roomy. The physical rehab staff was wonderful; the RN's and nursing assistants were another story completely. Middle of the night calls were answered very slowly, if at all. And the assistants were not happy when you called. Your meals are always interrupted for medication distributing. I have severe anxiety issues and insomnia and those medications are prescribed on an "as needed" basis,…
