Shorehaven staff has been wonderful throughout our move-in process, and they continue to be supportive when an issue arises, correcting the problem immediately. They have made the best of the situation with the kitchen being down.

If you are thinking of putting your family in this place save yourself the stress.the management sucks and most of the aids are lazy. Then you call them out on stuff and they make it a nightmare and the director will sit there and cover for his employees even when you have proof of what’s going on. Also beware they will tell you one thing and once they have you in there due the total opposite. Also they will keep jacking up your rent if you need more assistance.
