Sodalis Flower Mound

Excellent.

The reason we chose Sodalis is because of the staff. Specifically, the hands-on approach that the director has at managing the facility along with the rest of the staff. The made us feel welcome, answered all our questions along with being informative about the facility, process and needs of my Mother.

Small and personable

They were going through an overall staffing transition and there were some initial issues when my loved one moved in with caregivers but they have improved so much over the last couple of months with new staff and training that I believe is making a big difference in care. They have a new activity director that is doing a great job engaging the residents. My loved one says the food is great too. Sodalis Flower Mound

Rating Sedalis assisted living. A big 1 for all categories. Number one, safety. Slippery floors, lack of safety bars when walking, shower especially bad, and water pressure awful. Night staff with few exceptions, really brutal. I've been yelled at, door slammed, given wrong Meds, etc.. activities have consisted of one hour of bingo once a week. Director keeps saying. They are going to hire an activity's person, but so far...no. Food at times not too bad, but sadly, too often, served cold ( especially eggs and soup)…

Beautiful community great service and staff is amazing. Highly recommend this community to families looking for a new home for a loved one this is the one. A place for mom recommended and we loved it.

Feels like home

I am a friend of a resident who lives at this community. I love to visit her every week. The staff is always so inviting and smiling. The other residents are always so happy. They always have good entertainment with good food to enjoy. It’s so clean and nice…..feels like home when you enter the door. I can’t say enough about the joys of this community.
