PositiveThe staff was kind and met my expectations. I feel this will be a good fit for my sister. The residents were involved with the activities and to me seemed very happy. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms seem to have enough space.

CriticalI do not recommend
I would like to veer from the survey and cut to the chase. My mom has a problem with the staff since she had lived there. They are unfriendly. She doesn't eat in the dining room anymore because of their rudness. She doesn't go to exercise because of rude comments from the staff to her. The only positive is that my brother comes and sees her often. But I'm sad to say she isn't happy living there.
