PositiveStaff is friendly and available to help. Nice size one bedroom is good for my sister. Everything is paid for ( except Comcast and phone) so finances are simplified. I wish Solstice offered memory care and accepted Medicaid. Las cruces seems to only offer independent or assisted living or memory and nursing with Medicaid accepted.

PositiveI was pleasantly surprised by this facility, I had visited a resident several years ago and was not impressed. My lunch was good and the area was bright and inviting. The residents seemed happy overall and were dressed and clean . Our tour of the available rooms was informative and all questions answered by [Name Removed]. PositiveStaff is super helpful and friendly. Food is good, but not great. Move in process could definitely be easier with more assistance from staff. Facility is clean and well maintained. I don't have a lot of negative comments but more time in facility will provide more feedback.

PositiveStaff is warm welcoming capable & professional. There are many activities, easy ways to sign up for them. The bus takes residents to Dr appointments, also shopping or other destinations. Food is excellent. Food is not always warm enough but there is a microwave available. Dining room serving could use more improvement in organizing & additional staff. Housecleaner staff again excellent. Everyone is warm & accommodating.

PositiveOverall we are happy with the facility. They run it well. There is some issues, but my mom feels safe and comfortable.

He now participates in an exercise class daily-he never exercised before in his life. He tells me stories from his "breakfast" group and his "lunch" group. He even goes to happy hour every Thursday and dances. (He has …
