What I have experience and my dad along with my sister we give all eight a 5 and higher we are well pleased. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they care about the people they have their own doctors and a FNP-C the facilities are very clean they have cleaning people who clean each day you are provided two meals a day and snacks they plan trips and activities for the people the apartment sizes are small medium and large even the small room is big enough for two

PositiveSouth Knoxville Living is an excellent place
From the first meeting with [Name Removed] it was everything we could possibly want for our dad. South Knoxville Living was welcoming from the grounds to inside each cottage. Residents are all helpful, friendly, & willing to do anything for each other. Staff is super kind and supportive to each resident. Medical staff is awesome. My dad is very happy there and that is so comforting to know as I live so far away. South Knoxville senior Living is an excellent care facility and would recommend it.

I give 5 to all questions. My sister-in-law is the resident and I don't have much to say about Activities. I know she has been to other cottages for some activities and has enjoyed them but she hasn't taken any van outings as the summer heat diminishes her stamina. Always extremely clean. Management and staff were very helpful with move-in process and information. All staff and residents we have encountered have been friendly. Critical"Clean, safe environment"
The price point actually was the first draw. While this community wasn't the fanciest or offered the most services, the overall value was worth it. My mom is in a clean, safe environment which is what matters more than having the most "bells and whistles".
