PositiveMy experience has gone pretty well l am satisfied with the people here. I would recommend to others.
★★★★★
PositiveI would recommend it's great for seniors who want their independence, but also not isolated. A lot of seniors Meat and do a lot of activities very friendly place but if you want to do your own thing, you can do that also. Everything has been fine with South winds no real issues or concerns renewed the lease.
★★★★★
PositiveThe people, one thing I didn't know was how water and sewer is collected monthly, when I had my home these charges were collected every 90 days, not on monthly basis, I wish this was explained more professional. I would recommend Southwinds.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is helpful enough... They promptly answer questions and respond to repair requests.

CriticalAs in any care facility. The average facility is constantly experiencing turnover of employees due to competition for competent staff and shortage of candidates. Greenacres also shares this problem. Overtime costs is the only way they can adequately staff . Constant overtime requirements, cause fatigue for employees, stress on managers, and concern for the level of care the patients are receiving. I think they are doing a pretty good job handling the demands they face. Of course improving conditions , communication…

PositiveCharging seniors on a fixed income for $[removed], is not right. That is a mortgage payment. And the studio appt. What? $[removed] then they pay trash and electric? Let me know if I'm wrong. I believe rent should be cheaper. Another bldg going up for another 100 renters. Someone is making the big bucks. You asked me my opinion.
