Spring Hills also uses convenient technology that enables family members to connect with their loved ones and stay up to date with their life and well-being. This technology also gives caregivers an insight into individual care needs and creates a platform for tracking medication and other important health information. Other community highlights include the P.A.W.S. program, a pet-therapy program. This community is pet-friendly. I thought they did a good job of getting [name removed] out and about from her room. At some point there were no hand soap in the bathrooms which is a HUGE problem in senior home. Staff said supply issues were happening and asked us to complain to management. Staff was very caring. There have been a lot of management and head nurse change overs. It started off with a monthly newsletter and keeping us the family involved but last six months those have stopped. We have no idea what activities are happening. Furthermo…

Highly recommend. The staff are warm and welcoming as are the residents. We picked them because the facility itself was more like a hotel. I honestly would rate them a 5 in all categories except friendliness. If there a 10, that would be my rating. Everyone learns your name immediately and makes you certainly feel at home.

Spring Hills Assisted Living specifically, its dedicated memory care wing, Spring Cottage, has exceeded expectations. The staff are very compassionate and care for my mom like shes a member of the family. Safety is a top priority for them. After having cared for my mom at home the decision of memory care assisted living was one of the most significant of my life.
