About the community
Spring Hills Livingston offers memory care and assisted living in a beautiful, new, and carefully crafted setting. Crystal chandeliers, decorative columns, and rich hardwood floors help to create a stylish and shining environment. Through the community’s Signature Touches program, a wide range of social events and activities are organized on-site, designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. The on-site rehabilitation and wellness education center reinforce health and a holistic approach to care, so all residents can succeed in their wellness goals. Spring Hills also uses convenient technology that enables family members to connect with their loved ones and stay up to date with their life and well-being. This technology also gives caregivers an insight into individual care needs and creates a platform for tracking medication and other important health information. Other community highlights include the P.A.W.S. program, a pet-therapy program. This community is pet-friendly. For memory care, sensor technology is built right into the community to alert caregivers of when your loved one awakes or takes a shower, with emergency systems in place, so caregivers can offer assistance quickly if ever needed. A thoughtfully designed town center also built into the memory care area enables easy navigation between favorite on-site common areas, such as the ice cream parlor and movie theater. PositiveI thought they did a good job of getting [name removed] out and about from her room. At some point there were no hand soap in the bathrooms which is a HUGE problem in senior home. Staff said supply issues were happening and asked us to complain to management. Staff was very caring. There have been a lot of management and head nurse change overs. It started off with a monthly newsletter and keeping us the family involved but last six months those have stopped. We have no idea what activities are happening. Furthermo…

CriticalI would NOT recommend springhill. They are all smoke and mirrors and very expensive and they have horrible management who don't care about their residents. The food and nurses were awful. My dad passed and we moved my mom out of there. 1 for everything if I could give a 0 I would
★★★★★
PositiveAt times they are hard to contact unless you see them in-person. Cleanliness and newness is what made them stick out.
★★★★★
PositiveHighly recommend. The staff are warm and welcoming as are the residents. We picked them because the facility itself was more like a hotel. I honestly would rate them a 5 in all categories except friendliness. If there a 10, that would be my rating. Everyone learns your name immediately and makes you certainly feel at home.
★★★★★
PositiveSpring Hills Assisted Living specifically, its dedicated memory care wing, Spring Cottage, has exceeded expectations. After having cared for my mom at home the decision of memory care assisted living was one of the most significant of my life. But it gives me relief to know shes okay and she's in a community that cares and works to bring joy and purpose each day. Dining is resturant like and alw…

CriticalSpring Hills Livingston is improving, however the parents that do need improving would be the staff turnover and better communication with the families. They just need more staff and spend a little more on entertainment
