PositiveClean and Friendly staff
No comment on the quality of care because there's really no care, it's independent living. Value for cost - it was the most affordable at the time. The old director really disappointed us by overselling the place by telling us how amazing the food was and how awesome the activities were.

The aesthetic of the community was clean, bright and decorated nicely. The community was a bait and switch. The kindness and professionalism of staff, and the amenities/services were exaggerated. Once she moved in the standard of everything diminished.

The atmosphere is pleasant the moment you walk through the door. The housekeeping services is the icing on the cake.
