EVERY staff member knows her name. There are plenty of activities for her if she wants to do them. The place is always spotless and there is absolutely no odor anywhere. Her room is awesome with that balcony so she is comfortable staying there if she chooses not to do any of the activities. The food is great. I haven't heard any complaints from her.

Apartment sizes are small, medium or large. My mother is in a small one but it is plenty spacious for her. Staff is friendly and usually responsive to calls for assistance. All are courteous and caring. Mom enjoys the great variety of activities, particularly the live music events. Food is very good and there are always options to the set menu. Mom has thrived at Spring Mill and is very happy there. One problem is the pharmacy that serves the place. It is slow and this has been a problem with getting medications…

This is a great facility, with lots of activities and things to do all day long if you want to. They have PT/OT and speech therapy on site, and the other residents are friendly and welcoming. They have a bus to go on community outings to restaurants and other events. Overall a great place to be!

I am the wife/primary caregiver of someone with ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease). We moved to Spring Mill in [date removed] when the progression of my husband's illness made staying in our home impossible. Now I wish I'd made this move sooner. While I, or a private aide I've hired, still need to do many of the daily support tasks (this is not a nursing home) the facility is charming, the people that work here are amazing and the community around the facility is gorgeous and full of activities, restaurants and shops.
