PositiveI had to hire private care as well. Not enough staff for memory care unit. My husband was vegetarian and meals were limited.
★★★★★
PositiveSpringbrooke is a friendly place and the fact that it is small means that everyone knows everyone else.

CriticalWe had a negative experience, where management delayed the move-in by one day and that did not seem to get communicated internally to staff as a few department check-in didn't happen and we had to chase them down. There was a minor issue with the bathing facility that required follow up. But the biggest disappointments were the terrible views from the room and the lack of intellectual activities, which is why we are moving my mom out to a different facility.

PositiveThis is a great start to find a place for a family member who needs cares for a positive quality of life. My sister loves Sprinbrock. They helped her adjust to the transfer from her condo to assisted living and allowed family to stay with her to help her adjust to facility.
★★★★★
CriticalThe overall experience, cleanliness, quality of care, and the meals and dining was poor. The overall value for cost was fine. The memory care manager got fired during my mother's stay. I think the rest of the community is good She was in memory care and they were lacking at the time
