CriticalPoor quality of care
We chose to hire the additional care that was offered. We hoped to prevent our mother from falling since she had a call light. The staff would cancel her call light. She was blind and still had to go to the bathroom on her own. She ended up breaking her hip. We were not notified until two days later because they kept leaving voicemails on her cell phone that was at her bedside. She also got foot fungus because her toilet kept overflowing and the bathroom floor was always wet. As she was blind she had difficulty eat…
