Terrible administration

Don’t walk - RUN - away from this place! There are many staff who care deeply about the residents and it has some good things going for it. But 6 nurses have resigned in the past 4 months (from [Date Removed]) and this place can run with just 4 nurses. So I do not feel safe having my family member stay here. If [Names Removed] are removed from their position as directors and replaced with people who can comply with Alabama laws and company policies, this place might end up being okay.

My husband had excellent care. He was there from [date removed] until his death [date removed]. The staff were helpful and never demeaning. He loved to sit on the patio and they'd get him out as much as possible. When I had questions they answered. They made decisions on his best interest. I was grateful for them. They get a 5 mainly because they staff are wonderful.

There are several staff members who are truly wonderful and very caring. However, the building where my loved one resides appears to be somewhat short-staffed, and it seems that an additional team member would make a big difference. Some staff appear to be working extra hours and covering multiple roles, which can make it challenging for them to respond quickly when several residents need help at the same time. Other families, should know exactly what they want and the care that they want for their family members. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I knew that Mom needed to be in a facility. I had no idea the different types of facilities that were out there. A place for Mom help me make the most important decision that I've had to make in a long time. The outcome was very successful. This is a home. The staff are awesome. They work not just for an income, but also out of love. For example when I first moved in the maintenance man was very busy helping update their internet. The director and activity director came in on a Saturday off the clock to hang pictures on my walls. It is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and meet any needs you have. A Great Choice for Quality Care

[fee removed] only stayed a little over 4 months, then he passed. We had only one problem, and the administration let me see the tapes and it was an accident. The are right on top of things. I was always notified if there was a problem. They always answered my questions and always showed me the tapes of his falls. The staff treated him with respect and care
