Living Arrangements We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Private and semi-private units are available. All of our units feature essential kitchen appliances. Housekeeping and linen services are provided weekly to residents, so they can enjoy their day without the obligation of maintenance or daily chores. CriticalOur stay was very short, 3 weeks. It wasn't horrible it wasn't great. Huge delay in response time for call button felt there was a care taker shortage. Most were very pleasant and caring. The smell was not appealing. I wasn't impressed with the cleaning but it wasn't horrible.

PositiveI would have to give them a 5. They have gone beyond the call of duty, helping my mom and getting the things that she needs. I would recommend them to others. They are one of only two facilities (in the Las Vegas area) that offer all-inclusive at a reasonable price. They also work well with hospice and other medical needs.

I would really recommend the place. The staff are very helpful. If furniture is needed, mounting televisions. What ever is needed is no problem. My Mother is being helped so much. Which helps me. I can see and talked to her 24/7.

CriticalIt is very important that any concessions Sterling offers they have it in writing. Also make sure they understand independent living is determined by Sterling. They may agree to independent living but after a couple of months may advise that your loved one requires move care and must move to assisted living or even memory care at twice the rate. This may cause families to feel pressured and trapped.
