The staff is overall good. They are friendly and caring. I will say that the staff was very agreeable for us to use natural supplements for my mom, but when it came to implementing that it has been an uphill battle and I haven't felt as supported as I had hoped.

From the very beginning of my father's stay at Middleton, the staff was friendly, kind and genuinely attentive to his needs. They showed incredible patience and treated him with dignity and respect providing truly superb care. During the final week of his life when hospice care became necessary, the staff went above and beyond for both my father and our family. They bent over backwards to ensure comfort and are incredibly sympathetic, supportive and compassionate during an extremely difficult time. Highly recommend…

As a resident of Middleton for 1 1/2 years. I can report on life here in all four seasons. They all have brought contentment. There are move activities than I could possibly take advantage of. Its an independent resident I attend exercise classes mainly. Getting to know residents in assisted living the main residential building has been a joy to me. We have a wide source of people.
