Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Resident safety and engagement are incredibly important to us, and we take concerns regarding falls and supervision seriously. Our memory care neighborhood is intentionally designed to provide residents with both support and independence, while allowing team members to remain actively engaged and readily available throughout the day. Staff are expected to spend time with residents, participate in activities, and provide ongoing monitoring and assistance based on individual needs. While we cannot discuss the circumstances of any individual resident in a public forum, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns directly.
