Overall, it has been a positive experience. The facility is clean, and we were able to get a double room in memory care. The staff are kind and attentive to the residents, and there are planned activities throughout the week. I would like to see more activities offered, but I understand the challenges of accommodating residents with different levels of needs and abilities.

My mom has been a resident at Storypoint Macomb for almost a year. She has always been well cared for in terms of her physical needs and in terms of socialization (Bingo, music etc). Everyone has been kind and supportive of our family as well.

Was very disappointed in the care they provided my Mother In Law! Used to be a good facility but now all the good employees are gone. Management (the Director) is deceptive and has lied to us many times and did not provide the information that we requested, in addition told an employee to lie about an innocent that Mom was accused of. The Memory care Nurse mislead us several times regarding mom receiving her meds on a timely basis. Many times we were called during the late evening/early morning for frivolous issues…
