Can't rate the activities... haven't participated... doing rehab... resident did say the music has been nice at on site programming.... so... I think good overall. 8. Hard one because it's all very expensive... it's valuable for what she needs now... but impossible for long term unfortunately. 4.5 for short term... 2 form long term though that is more of an indictment of the industry as a whole. Review for StoryPoint Medina East

Storypoint Medina East is excellent in both Independent Living and Assisted Living. My brother moved in two months ago and is very happy there. Their 1BR apartments are surprisingly spacious. Their dining rooms at every meal feel very friendly with good food and good selections. They provide great activities and entertainment that are really enjoyable. But most of all, the people who work there are a pleasure to meet, are very capable and do a great job.

I was welcomed right from my first visit. Then when I moved in, the staff checked on me. They also made sure I got a meal and delivered it to my first day. The staff are all pleasant and they care about me.

Lots of home runs but some strike outs. Too many food shortages before food truck deliveries arrive. Dining rooms getting better. Most staff are friendly.

A few of the caregivers are excellent! Staffing is sometimes questionable? No CG should ever work alone all day. Good results for the cost I feel safe and happy here.
