It's early; she's only been there 5 weeks and it's still acclimating. She has a very nice living unit with a patio, 2BR, 2 bath, w/d. She needs extra help that we're trying to work on -- reminders about meds and exercises, and help using the TV remote and her phone. She likes the residents and is ok with the food. My sister and I have found the staff very helpful.

The food service is good. The servers are patient, some complain about the temp and so on. But I haven't had any bad experience as I have eaten with my Mom more than once! The bistro area has regular social food parties! There always fun and the caters are great!

Memory care facility was unable to care for residents if disease progress. If unable to walk independently, most were put in wheelchairs for mobility. Not encouraged to use walkers. Admin staff more sincerely empathetic to family. Some appeared more," business as usual" demeanor. Auxiliary staff were wonderful & appeared caring to residence & family.

This has been my home for the past 5 years it is home. Without the responsibilities of a home. I have so many friends here. We are close and have so many activities to be busy. The staff is wonderful, kind, caring and loving. Staff goes above and beyond to create festive environements for holidays and special occasions. We have live entertainment, weekly daycare and party environment. I feel very safe here, much more so than if I had stayed in my home of 25 years. This is a great, friendly place for retirement.
