★★★★★
CriticalThe place is physically beautiful, but they cannot keep staff. The memory care unit is under-staffed. Some of the "caregivers" need to be in another line of work. They do not give equal attention to every resident.
★★★★★
CriticalThe artwork and modern design of the building stand out. I'm on the fence as to whether I would recommend this place to others. They seem to be short staffed.

CriticalI have no idea where to even start with this place... TO start off dining is terrible they do not get there food for an hour PLUS.. Room orders dont get delivered on time they do not receive breakfast until 11-12 This is the start of lunch time. Half of the amenities that are offered and services that were offered to us never happened or existed. Activities are terrible... No residents care to show up. Ive seen a resident lead an excersize because no one showed up to host it like they were supposed to. Theres alot …

PositiveMy mother only lived at Story Point Shaker Heights two weeks before she died. But it was an important time for her, for us, for visitors. Most of that time she was fully interactive although she didn't get out of bed much. She entered on a hospice basis, having been transported from in-patient hospice at [Name Removed]. CriticalThe recruitment officer was very impressive. The physical space is beautiful. Some of the aides are good. Others should be in a different line of work.

PositiveThe facility is very modern and well kept. The apartment size is OK and again very clean and well kept. From the meals. I ate there and my conversations with my sister, the food and dining experience is excellent and activities appear to be very good. Only a couple of fairly minor issues. She didn't receive an orientation immediately upon moving in, which would've been extremely helpful. And she's had problems with a flooding shower which they are addressing Overall we are very satisfied.
