Great place

Overall nice and clean place. Workers and interns are very personable and welcoming. I feel comfortable with my decision of this place.

Summer Village is a good place for people who need to be there. Housekeeping could improve on their attention to detail and cleaning more thoroughly. One day I dropped something on the floor and when I went to go pick it up, I noticed rolls of dust underneath the bed. Aside from that, the nurses always listen and they are cooperative and helpful to me when needed. I would recommend them to other people.

Inadequate

When my mother moved in to Summer Village in [date removed], for the first few months, I was pretty happy. I do believe them when they say that Covid has made an impact on things. It has made it hard to keep employees. But, I also just think that the employees don't get adequate supervision. When they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing, either nobody really knows that's happening, or, they don't care. There's just a lot of things - they're supposed to check in on my mother at least once every two hours.…
