They were awesome to deal with. Very friendly. Staff is very helpful and will do as much as possible to help you be independent. They go above and beyond.

Friendly staff, very expensive and not so attentive with room service.

My clients were put in respite care there for 10 days. One of the beds broke with when I tried to move it. It was not replaced only modified, neither TV worked in the room at first then my client accidentally knocked it over with his wheelchair, also never replaced and no TV was able to watch for the duration of their stay and his was billed for the tv in which he ACCIDENTALLY knocked over. We would rate the friendliness and care services a 10! Morningside has the best medical staff care and concerns. It was my experience with Morningside of Auburn, to find caring and friendly staff. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff has been extremely supportive and caring. They provided the guidance I needed to navigate the adjustments we've had to make to accommodate my grandmother's needs. I really appreciate how attentive the staff has been to my grandmother's changing medical needs. Every time I visit, my grandmother is happily engaged in an activity and looks comfortable in her "home away from home" as she describes it. Morningside helps to take away many of the worries I've had with becoming my grandmother's caregiver.
