CriticalResident complain that care givers don't care. Administrator has no control of family members who are staff. Weekends have no caregivers and no one is called in. My friends Father is treated poorly. I would never put a love one here!! You shouldn't either!!! Residents in memory care walk out and none notices they're missing untill the police brings them back!!! Run Away Folks!!
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom seems to enjoy it. Especially the entertainment they have brought in. I did have a concern one day I went and there was nobody at the front door and other people there as well just walked in.
★★★★★
CriticalThey definitely have short comings with the full attention my father should be getting. Help with getting him dressed in mornings and change of clothes in evening. Proper amount of showering, keeping up with cleanliness of apartment and checking in on him frequently. These are all things that have fallen short. We have to stay on top of things to be sure he is getting the care he is supposed to have. Meals are good, and staff is pretty friendly, but doesn't always get three meals a day. Any one who puts a loved one…
★★★★★
CriticalMy dad said the food isn't very good and they're slacking on the housekeeping. He does like the nurses and the therapist
★★★★★
PositiveAll of the fours stem from a shortage of staff this facility is pretty great and would be all fives if they were not running with state minimums of patience per caregivers currently
★★★★★
PositiveWe would rate a 5. [name removed] wasn't keen on food but I think it was a matter of getting used to it. our loved one left there about a year ago but we loved it there. He was there about 21/2 months. Management very helpful. Place is clean and beautiful.
